How Early-Stage Startups Get 100 Customers FAST (3 Steps)

Is it really possible to get 100 customers in a few days?

Yes, it is!

I've coached over 50 startups and I've seen it happen over and over again. Let me show you the simple but powerful 3-step framework they used.

Let's dive right in.
The 3-step framework
The framework shows you how to position your product to get customers
It has 3 steps
1. Problem 2. Solution 3. Take fear away

The basic framework

The framework shows you how to position your product to get customers. It has 3 steps.

1. Problem
2. Solution
3. Take fear away

Basically, you use this framework wherever you present your product - for example, on your website, on social media, or in your newsletter campaign.

Here is how it works.
The problem
Your potential customers don't care about you
They care about their problem and how painful it is.
So, your messaging should start with their pain point

1. The problem

You start with the problem your customers face. Let's be real - your potential customers don't care about you. They care about their problem and how painful it is.

So you have to make it crystal clear that you understand that pain point. Whether it's on your website, on social media, or in sales calls, your messaging should start with that pain point.

For example, let's say you're selling a productivity tool for businesses.

❌ Instead of saying:
"We offer an AI-powered productivity tool."

✅ You say:
"Are you constantly buried in tasks and struggling to stay organized?"

See the difference?
The second one makes them feel the pain.

✏️ So think about it for a second. What is your potential customer's pain point?

That's the first part of your messaging. Now once you've got them thinking about the problem, they naturally want a solution.

Which leads us to step two.

The solution
Once your audience feels the problem, they want a solution
And here is the key
Don't describe your cool features
Show what life looks like after using your product
You want to position your product as the solution to their frustration

2. The solution

Once your audience feels the problem, they want a solution.

And here's the key - don't just describe your cool features, show what life looks like after using your product. Show how your solution solves their pain point.

Going back to our example:

❌ Instead of saying:
"Our AI-powered productivity tool leverages cutting-edge technology."

✅ You say:
"With our tool, you can automate repetitive tasks, streamline your workflow, and save 10+ hours a week - so you can focus on scaling your business."

That's clear, strong, and focused on impact.
You want to position your product as THE SOLUTION to their frustration.

✏️ Again, take a second and ask yourself: How does my product solve my customer's biggest pain point? What is the end result when customers use my product?

But - and here's the important part - even after seeing the solution, many potential customers don't buy. Why? Because of fear.

That's why step three is so important.
POWERFUL Startup RESOURCES
Take their fear away
People don't buy because they are afraid
Afraid it won't work, it's too expensive or they are wasting their time
Your job is to remove that fear.
Testimonials
Reviews
Risk free guarantees

3. Take their fear away

Here's the reality - people don't buy because they're afraid.

They're afraid ...

• it won't work
• it's too expensive
• they're wasting their time

So your job is to remove that fear. And you do it with a few simple tricks.
You show some proof with testimonials, reviews, case studies, or risk-free guarantees - like a free trial.
Testimonials, reviews, free trials
In also recommend you build a FAQ section to answer any questions potential customers may have before they buy.

❌ So instead of saying:
"Our productivity tool works flawless."

✅ You say:
"Over 100 teams have used it to streamline their workflow and save hundreds of hours each month. Here's how one of them did it ..."

That immediately builds trust.

✏️ So I want you to think about what’s stopping your customers from buying - and how can you eliminate that fear

And once you have your message, combine it with your marketing - put it everywhere - your website, social media, ads, landing pages.
Website, social media, landingpage
Remember, if you don't get this framework right, you can have a lot of eyeballs, but nobody's going to buy from you. But if you use it right, you'll get those 100 customers faster than you thought.
